Forthcoming Events

Pilates classes start in the village hall on Friday 7 September (cost: £8 per hour).  Beginners' sessions are held at 1.30pm and 6pm, followed by sessions for the more experienced at 7.15pm (although the earlier sessions are open to all). 

The Annual Parish Meeting this year will be held on 17 May in the village hall, starting at 7pm.  All local electors can attend and raise any issues for discussion. See the Annual Parish Mtg Notice here, or on the Meeting Papers page

Come to the Pop-up Pub on Friday 23 February in the village hall.  Open from 6pm until the beer runs out

The Draughton book group meets monthly, and members read a wide variety of books.  The meetings are very informal.  The next meeting is on Monday 29th January at 8pm at 6 Dalesview Cottages and we will be talking about "Dark

The Carol Service in St Augustine's will be held this year on 17 December at 5pm.  All welcome for the service and seasonal refreshments afterwards in the village hall.

The ever popular Draughton Quiz Master presents his next evening of fun and nonsense on Friday 1 December.  Doors and bar open from 7pm.   Come along to pit your wits against the rival teams, and enjoy pie 'n' pea supper

The traditional Carol Service is to be held this year on 18 December at 5pm in St Augustine's, with seasonal refreshments served afterwards in the village hall.

It's Quiz Night again in the village hall on Friday 11 November at 7pm in the village hall.  Tickets, including pie and pea supper, are available now - sign up on the list in the kiosk.
