Winter Gritting

Please note that Low Lane is not a priority route for gritting by the county council, and residents can use the grit provided in the grit bins to clear the road on wintry days.  The grit is for the roads, not for use on private property – anyone seen taking grit for their own use will be reported to the police – this is THEFT.
